J. John Love Joy, Assistant Professor of English at St. Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli, is a specialised teacher-trainer in TESL. He has an MA in English Language and Literature from Loyola College, Chennai; PGDTE and MPhil in English Language Education from English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad; and PhD in English Language Testing from Madras University, Chennai.
