This book Biology for Middle Classes (BOOK I) for Class VI has gone through several stages of improvement since its first edition which was published in 1995. This edition is thoroughly revised by Ms. Kavita Saxena, M.Sc. under my guidance & supervision.

This book written in accordance with the latest syllabus prescribed by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi. Suitable diagrams, more objective and subjective evaluations have been added. New examples and botanical/zoological names have been given, to help the students to understand the basic concepts of Biology. Model test papers have been included in the book to make the students familiar with the pattern of question papers.
